The Villas at Birmingham Farms Homeowners Association was formed to assist the community residents in establishing a forum in which to allow each household to have their respective voice in all community affairs, further providing a means of dispute resolution in all community matters.

The Homeowners Association was established in 2003 and maintains all the common areas of the development. We are a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance the standard of living in our neighborhood. We meet annually to discuss projects both past and future.
